JC Handicraft is a trading name operated by JC Tours and Travels Private Limited, registered under IEC and GST in India. All export transactions, orders, and communications are conducted under this registered entity.
1. Wholesale & B2B Orders
JC Handicrafts operates primarily as a B2B export manufacturer. All product pricing, quotes, and catalog details are structured for bulk buyers. We reserve the right to decline orders that do not meet our corporate criteria.
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
To maintain export-quality standards and wholesale pricing, strict Minimum Order Quantities apply to every product category. Custom orders and modifications must satisfy specialized volume thresholds discussed during the official inquiry phase.
3. Payment Terms
Production begins only after the clearance of an agreed-upon advance deposit (e.g., 30% to 50% depending on the order size). The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to dispatch or port delivery, as specified in your Proforma Invoice.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, logos, and catalogs featured on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of JC Handicrafts. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution for commercial retail use is strictly prohibited.
5. Jurisdiction & Disputes
Any legal disputes, governance issues, or claims arising from transactions with JC Handicrafts will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir,India
